Firearm shipping & transfer
- Firearms bought online ship only to a licensed FFL — never to a residence.
- At the receiving FFL you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check before pickup.
- Any firearm transfer facilitated by Reimer Outdoors goes through an FFL + 4473. This site does not enable unlicensed private-party dealing.
Oklahoma
- No state purchase permit and no waiting period; transfer can complete the same visit if NICS clears.
- Permitless carry since 2019 — a carry license is not required to purchase.
- No magazine-capacity ban and no assault-weapon ban; state preemption of local gun ordinances.
- Ages (federal dealer rules): 21+ handguns and handgun ammunition; 18+ rifles/shotguns and their ammunition.
Out-of-state buyers
- Handguns: generally must transfer through an FFL in the buyer’s state of residence (federal).
- Long guns: may be sold to residents of other states if legal in both states (18 USC 922 / OK 21-1288).
Ammunition, magazines, optics & parts
Typically ship to Oklahoma street addresses (ammo by ground). Adult signature may be required. We block shipments to jurisdictions that prohibit the item.
NFA / Class 3
Suppressors, SBRs, and other NFA items follow a separate federal NFA process — not normal checkout. They are not in this demo catalog’s buy flow.
Returns
Firearms only before transfer completes; after transfer, manufacturer warranty only.
