How to Buy Online

Compliance summary (not legal advice): Firearms purchased online ship only to a licensed FFL. You complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check at the receiving dealer before pickup — never delivered to a residence.

Six steps from cart to pickup

  1. Shop — Browse firearms, ammo, optics, and accessories. Add demo items to your cart.
  2. Checkout — Enter shipping/billing details. For firearms, choose your receiving FFL (or Reimer Outdoors for local pickup in Boley).
  3. Pay — Complete payment. Firearm orders are held until transfer arrangements are confirmed.
  4. FFL transfer — The firearm ships to the licensed dealer you selected — not to your home.
  5. Background check — At the FFL, fill out Form 4473. The dealer runs NICS.
  6. Pickup — When NICS clears, take possession at the FFL. Oklahoma has no state waiting period; transfer can finish the same visit if NICS clears.

Oklahoma highlights

  • No state purchase permit and no waiting period.
  • Permitless carry since 2019 — a carry license is not required to purchase.
  • No magazine-capacity ban and no assault-weapon ban; state preemption of local gun ordinances.
  • Ages (federal dealer rules): 21+ for handguns and handgun ammunition; 18+ for rifles/shotguns and their ammunition.

Out-of-state buyers

  • Handguns: Generally must transfer through an FFL in the buyer’s state of residence (federal law).
  • Long guns: May be sold to residents of other states if the sale is legal in both states (see 18 USC 922 and OK 21-1288).

Ammunition, magazines, optics & parts

These can typically ship to Oklahoma street addresses (ammo by ground). Adult signature may be required. We do not ship into jurisdictions that prohibit the item — buyer is responsible for knowing local law.

NFA items

Suppressors, SBRs, and other NFA firearms are not in this demo catalog. If offered in the future, they follow a separate federal NFA process — not normal checkout.

Returns & private transfers

  • Firearms may be returned only before the transfer completes. After transfer, contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
  • This site does not facilitate unlicensed private-party firearm dealing. Any firearm transfer through our business goes through an FFL with Form 4473.

This page is a general educational summary for a demo website. It is not legal advice. Laws change; confirm current federal, Oklahoma, and local requirements before purchasing. Buyer is responsible for compliance.
