- Firearms: Returns only before the FFL transfer completes. After you take possession, contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
- Ammo, optics, accessories: Contact us within the stated return window; opened ammo generally cannot be returned.
Warranty
After transfer, warranty claims go to the manufacturer — Reimer Outdoors facilitates the sale and transfer, not long-term factory warranty service.
